TBHF is looking for an active and dedicated candidate that can take an active role as Senior partnership coordinator.
Qualification & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, nonprofit management, marketing, communications, international relations, or a related area
- Experience in partnership management, business development, fundraising, sponsorships, donor relations or related roles.
- Working in humanitarian field (nonprofit organization) is a plus
- 4 – 6 years of experience

- Partnership Management: Demonstrated ability to manage partnerships, collaborations, and relationships with external stakeholders effectively.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft compelling partnership proposals, agreements, and communication materials
- Networking and Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: Capacity to develop and execute strategic partnership plans aligned with the organization’s goals and mission
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating teams, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution of fundraising campaigns and partnerships initiatives.
- Computer skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft office software, databases, and other relevant systems to manage partnership records and communication.
- Analytical skills: Capability to analyze partnership opportunities, assess their potential impact, and track key performance indicators
- Event planning: Experience in organizing events and activities related to partnerships, such as corporate volunteering events or campaigns
- Problem solving skills: Ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace and identify solutions.
- Leadership: Capacity to lead and guide junior team members
- Language: Arabic & English
