• Leading innovative humanitarian program creation, advising, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

• Also, working closely with the Director and the strategy team to deliver on the grant-making portfolio of TBHF.

• Overseeing the effective distribution of grant funding, advocacy and convening; relationship management; monitoring and evaluation; and impact assessment. As one of the main external representatives for the foundation, the role involves travel to different countries.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years.

4. Ability in creating donation reports on a regular basis.
5. Good in dealing with numbers and making sure to record donations instantly in the best ethical manner. (Donation box management)

The Big Heart Foundation is looking for an Arabic speaker Finance Specialist with +8 years of experience in Finance operations.

Responsibilities:

1. 1. Experience in all Finance operations functions – Payables, Receivables, budget, contracts, etc.
   2. Analysing financial data to identify our company’s financial status.
   3. Conducting cost and benchmarking analyses.
   4. Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans.
   5. Improve and implement finance policies & procedures.
   6. Prepare Ad-hoc finance reports and budget reports.

 Qualifications:

1. 1. BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field
